I have always been fond of Italian Rowing in general. It dates back to the Sydney Olympics 2000, when the Italian Quad demonstrated what good body work actually can do – and won the Gold.

In 2026, things are not much different. However, instead of praising the obvious, I prefer to look at details and what we all can learn from their rowing – and what we better avoid.
