Lauren Henry is not tall for a rower, yet she is one of the fastest in the world. Her technique is one of the keys to this. In this video, I want to draw your attention to a fine detail around the catch, which is most often overlooked by even seasoned rowers. A good catch consists of a few steps, and these cannot be skipped if you want to be sustainably fast.
