    I liked your visualization when doing wrong. The shoulders went up directly.

    But what’s the issue with my shoulders? At six seconds into the attached video.

    This looks like the shoulder has to do more work than it should because your pelvis is not well positioned or your legs kick too hard too early. I would need to see this from the side to be able to see more

    You are trying to over control the finish, too much body motion and insufficient deep muscle use. If you agree, I could use your footage to explain how to get rid of this issue in a YT video

    Yes, that would be very interesting!

    I started rowing the singlesculler 2008 (at age of 34) and haven’t been coached. My primary goal was to be able to row with the oars off from water. That took about 3 – 4 years.

    Then I want to get rid of any obvious faults. Like the shoulders. But I had no idea how.
