The proven Mental Training Routine for Rowing and the rest of your Life

Because rowing is physically, technically, and thus mentally more demanding than almost any other sport, mental training is not a nice-to-have—it simply has to work.

This routine has helped many of my athletes achieve the unthinkable, such as starting to row as an adult and making it to the Olympic Games, or coming from inferior fitness levels and injuries to being competitively fit masters rowers.

This practical guide is the “Coach Aram” routine, which I started to use and adapt when I was 14 years old. Inspired by many books I studied to conquer my own fear of winning and being sucessful, I began to develop and adapt this kind of mental training very specifically to the extreme conditions of rowing, and later learned to benefit from that in my business life and private life.

Use this repeatable, follow-along guide before your workouts—or before any major life challenge—to set yourself up for what you want.
