<p>It can mess with your heart rhythm (which is something you do not want especially in light of thentragedy that happened with the poor boy in Australia) </p>

<p>I’d try magnesium (lack thereof is usually associated with cramping up)</p>
<p>In Germany we have little sachets with 300 or 400 mg that can be taken directly. These are a staple in my gym-bag</p>
<p>But please be careful. One is usually enough. If you take to much, instant punishment is going to happen (baaaad diarrhoea…&hellip;</p>
